Family Code § 107.115","heading":"CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATION FEE.","body":"If the court orders a child custody evaluation to be conducted, the court shall award the person appointed as the child custody evaluator a reasonable fee for the preparation of the child custody evaluation that shall be imposed in the form of a money judgment and paid directly to the person. The person may enforce the judgment for the fee by any means available under law for civil judgments.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 751, Sec. 15, eff.
