Family Code § 153.375","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT BY NONPARENT MANAGING CONSERVATOR.","body":"(a) A nonparent appointed as a managing conservator of a child shall each 12 months after the appointment file with the court a report of facts concerning the child's welfare, including the child's whereabouts and physical condition.\n(b) The report may not be admitted in evidence in a subsequent suit.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
