Family Code § 157.064","heading":"SPECIAL EXCEPTION.","body":"(a) If a respondent specially excepts to the motion for enforcement or moves to strike, the court shall rule on the exception or the motion to strike before it hears the motion for enforcement.\n(b) If an exception is sustained, the court shall give the movant an opportunity to replead and continue the hearing to a designated date and time without the requirement of additional service.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
