Family Code § 157.215","heading":"ARREST FOR ALLEGED VIOLATION OF COMMUNITY SUPERVISION.","body":"(a) If the motion to revoke community supervision alleges a prima facie case that the respondent has violated a term or condition of community supervision, the court may order the respondent's arrest by warrant.\n(b) The respondent shall be brought promptly before the court ordering the arrest.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
