Family Code § 158.311","heading":"ARREARAGES.","body":"(a) Payment of arrearages after receipt of notice of application for judicial writ of withholding may not be the sole basis for the court to refuse to order withholding.\n(b) The court shall order that a reasonable amount of income be withheld to be applied toward the liquidation of arrearages, even though a judgment confirming arrearages has been rendered against the obligor.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
