Family Code § 158.313","heading":"ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF WRIT OF WITHHOLDING.","body":"(a) On the filing of a request for issuance of a writ of withholding, the clerk of the court shall issue the writ.\n(b) The writ shall be delivered as provided by Subchapter B.\n(c) The clerk shall issue and mail the writ not later than the second working day after the date the request is filed.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
