Family Code § 160.312","heading":"FORMS.","body":"(a) To facilitate compliance with this subchapter, the vital statistics unit shall prescribe forms for the:\n(1) acknowledgment of paternity;\n(2) denial of paternity; and\n(3) rescission of an acknowledgment or denial of paternity.\n(b) A valid acknowledgment of paternity, denial of paternity, or rescission of an acknowledgment or denial of paternity is not affected by a later modification of the prescribed form.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 821, Sec. 1.01, eff.
