A registrant shall notify the administrator of any change in the registrant's name or address that occurs after acceptance of the application.\n(b) The administrator does not have a duty to search for a registrant who fails to register a change of name or address.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
