If a child support obligor in a Title IV-D case becomes more than 60 days delinquent in paying child support, the Title IV-D agency shall expedite the commencement of an action to enforce the child support order.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 268 (S.B. 6), Sec. 1.10, eff.
