Family Code § 233.011","heading":"RESCHEDULING NEGOTIATION CONFERENCE; NOTICE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) The Title IV-D agency may reschedule or adjourn a negotiation conference on the request of any party.\n(b) The Title IV-D agency shall give all parties notice of a rescheduled conference not later than the third day before the date of the rescheduled conference.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
