Family Code § 261.407","heading":"MINIMUM STANDARDS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall adopt minimum standards for the investigation under Section 261.401 of suspected child abuse, neglect, or exploitation in a facility.\n(b) A rule or policy adopted by a state agency or institution under Section 261.401 must be consistent with the minimum standards adopted by the executive commissioner.\n(c) This section does not apply to a facility under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice or the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 355, Sec. 5, eff.
