The materials must explain the procedures established by Sections 33.003 and 33.004 and must be made available in English and in Spanish. The material provided by the department shall also provide information relating to alternatives to abortion and health risks associated with abortion.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 395, Sec. 1, eff.
