Family Code § 34.0075","heading":"TERM OF AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT.","body":"An authorization agreement executed under this chapter is for a term of six months from the date the parties enter into the agreement and renews automatically for six-month terms unless:\n(1) an earlier expiration date is stated in the authorization agreement;\n(2) the authorization agreement is terminated as provided by Section 34.008; or\n(3) a court authorizes the continuation of the agreement as provided by Section 34.008(b).\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 244 (H.B. 871), Sec. 9, eff.
