Family Code § 45.003","heading":"CITATION.","body":"(a) The following persons are entitled to citation in a suit under this subchapter:\n(1) a parent of the child whose parental rights have not been terminated;\n(2) any managing conservator of the child; and\n(3) any guardian of the child.\n(b) Citation must be issued and served in the same manner as under Chapter 102.\nAmended by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff.
