Family Code § 58.010","heading":"CONFIDENTIALITY OF WARRANTS OF ARREST.","body":"Notwithstanding Article 15.26, Code of Criminal Procedure, an arrest warrant issued for a child and a complaint or affidavit on which an arrest warrant issued for a child is based are confidential and may be disclosed only to the following:\n(1) the judge, probation officer, and professional staff or consultants of the juvenile court;\n(2) a juvenile justice agency, as defined by Section 58.101;\n(3) a criminal justice agency, as defined by Section 411.082, Government Code;\n(4) an attorney representing the child's parent in a proceeding under this title;\n(5) an attorney representing the child;\n(6) a prosecuting attorney; or\n(7) with permission from the juvenile court, another individual, agency, or institution with a legitimate interest in the information or court.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16), Sec. 15.04, eff.
