Family Code § 58.105","heading":"DUTIES OF JUVENILE BOARD.","body":"Each juvenile board shall provide for:\n(1) the compilation and maintenance of records and information needed for reporting information to the department under this subchapter;\n(2) the transmittal to the department, in the manner provided by the department, of all records and information required by the department under this subchapter; and\n(3) access by the department to inspect records and information to determine the completeness and accuracy of information reported.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 262, Sec. 53, eff.
