Family Code § 6.104","heading":"DISCRETIONARY ANNULMENT OF UNDERAGE MARRIAGE.","body":"(a) An annulment under Section 6.102 of a marriage may be granted at the discretion of the court sitting without a jury.\n(b) In exercising its discretion, the court shall consider the pertinent facts concerning the welfare of the parties to the marriage, including whether the female is pregnant.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, Sec. 1, eff.
