Family Code § 8.106","heading":"MAXIMUM AMOUNT WITHHELD FROM EARNINGS.","body":"An order or writ of withholding must direct that an obligor's employer withhold from the obligor's disposable earnings the lesser of:\n(1) the amount specified in the order or writ; or\n(2) an amount that, when added to the amount of income being withheld by the employer for child support, is equal to 50 percent of the obligor's disposable earnings.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 807, Sec. 1, eff.
