Family Code § 8.262","heading":"ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF WRIT OF WITHHOLDING.","body":"The clerk of the court shall, on the filing of a request for issuance of a writ of withholding, issue and deliver the writ as provided by Subchapter D not later than the second working day after the date the request is filed.
