Finance Code § 12.114","heading":"ADVISORY COMMITTEES.","body":"(a) The banking commissioner may appoint advisory committees to assist the department and banking commissioner in performing their duties.\n(b) The banking commissioner shall specify each committee's purpose, powers, and duties and shall require each committee to report to the banking commissioner or department in the manner specified by the banking commissioner concerning the committee's activities and the results of its work.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 20 (S.B. 614), Sec. 7, eff.
