Finance Code § 121.006","heading":"PROCEDURE AND RULES APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN PROCEEDINGS.","body":"(a) If the commissioner proposes to revoke a credit union's certificate of incorporation, the credit union is entitled to a hearing conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\n(b) A proceeding for a disciplinary action is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code. Rules of practice adopted by the commission under Section 2001.004, Government Code, applicable to a proceeding for a disciplinary action may not conflict with rules adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.14(b), eff.
