Finance Code § 126.160","heading":"JURISDICTION AND VENUE.","body":"(a) A suit filed against a credit union while the credit union is under conservatorship, or against a person in connection with an action taken or decision made by that person as a conservator of a credit union, must be brought in Travis County regardless of whether the credit union remains under conservatorship.\n(b) A suit filed by the conservator under Section 126.155 may be brought in Travis County.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
