Finance Code § 15.209","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) The commission shall hold at least two regular meetings each year.\n(b) The chairman, the commissioner, or five commission members may call a special meeting of the commission.\n(c) The commission shall adopt reasonable rules governing a meeting, including rules relating to the:\n(1) time and place of a meeting;\n(2) conduct of a meeting; and\n(3) form of the minutes.\n(d) The commission is subject to the:\n(1) open meetings law, Chapter 551, Government Code; and\n(2) administrative procedure law, Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
