Finance Code § 15.211","heading":"SUIT FOR OFFICIAL ACT OR OMISSION.","body":"(a) The attorney general shall defend an action brought against a commission member or an officer or employee of the commission because of the person's official act or omission regardless of whether the individual is a member, officer, or employee of the commission at the time the action is initiated.\n(b) A suit against the commission or its officers or employees may be brought only in Travis County.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
