Finance Code § 154.411","heading":"RESTITUTION.","body":"The commissioner may issue an order to a person requiring restitution if, after notice and opportunity for hearing, the commissioner finds that the person:\n(1) failed to deposit money in accordance with Subchapter F; or\n(2) misappropriated, converted, or illegally withheld or failed or refused to pay on demand money entrusted to the person that belongs to the beneficiary under a prepaid funeral benefits contract.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
