Finance Code § 157.0061","heading":"RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) The registration of a mortgage banker expires on December 31 of the year in which the registration is approved and must be renewed annually.\n(b) To renew a registration, a mortgage banker must comply with the requirements of Section 157.003 and pay a renewal fee in an amount not to exceed $500.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 655 (S.B. 1124), Sec. 49, eff.
