Finance Code § 186.217","heading":"EMPLOYEES OF RECEIVER.","body":"The receiver may employ agents, legal counsel, accountants, appraisers, consultants, and other personnel the receiver considers necessary to assist in the performance of the receiver's duties. The receiver may use personnel of the department if the receiver considers the use to be advantageous or desirable.
