Finance Code § 279.105","heading":"DETERMINATION BY CREDIT UNION COMMISSION.","body":"(a) Not later than the 120th day after the date an application for the designation of a credit union development district is submitted under Section 279.103, the Credit Union Commission shall make a determination regarding whether to approve the application.\n(b) If the Credit Union Commission approves the application, the Credit Union Commission shall notify the:\n(1) local government;\n(2) credit union;\n(3) comptroller;\n(4) Texas Economic Development and Tourism Office;\n(5) lieutenant governor; and\n(6) speaker of the house of representatives.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 967 (H.B. 1626), Sec. 1, eff.
