Finance Code § 303.011","heading":"PUBLICATION OF RATE CEILINGS.","body":"(a) The consumer credit commissioner shall send the rate ceilings computed under this subchapter to the secretary of state for publication in the Texas Register.\n(b) The monthly, quarterly, or annualized ceiling shall be published before the 11th day after the date on which the ceiling is computed.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.18(a), eff.
