Finance Code § 342.052","heading":"ISSUANCE OF MORE THAN ONE LICENSE FOR A PERSON.","body":"(a) The commissioner may issue more than one license to a person on compliance with this chapter for each license.\n(b) A person who is required to hold a license under this chapter must hold a separate license for each office at which loans are made, negotiated, serviced, held, or collected under this chapter.\n(c) A license is not required under this chapter for a place of business:\n(1) devoted to accounting or other recordkeeping; and\n(2) at which loans are not made, negotiated, serviced, held, or collected under this chapter or Chapter 346.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.19(a), eff.
