Finance Code § 345.066","heading":"BUYER'S RIGHT TO RESCIND CONTRACT.","body":"Until a retail seller complies with Section 345.065, a retail buyer who has not received delivery of the goods or services is entitled to:\n(1) rescind the contract;\n(2) receive a refund of all payments made under or in contemplation of the contract; and\n(3) receive the return of all goods traded in to the seller under or in contemplation of the contract or, if those goods cannot be returned, receive the trade-in allowance of those goods.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
