Finance Code § 345.082","heading":"STATEMENT OF PAYMENTS AND AMOUNT DUE UNDER CONTRACT.","body":"(a) On written request of a retail buyer, the holder of a retail installment contract shall give or send to the buyer a written statement of the dates and amounts of installment payments and the total amount unpaid under the contract.\n(b) A retail buyer is entitled to one statement without charge during a six-month period.
