Finance Code § 345.110","heading":"BUYER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DELIVERY OF AGREEMENT COPY.","body":"(a) Any retail buyer's acknowledgment of delivery of a copy of a retail charge agreement that is contained in the body of the agreement must:\n(1) be in at least 10-point type that is bold-faced, capitalized, or underlined or otherwise conspicuously set out from the surrounding written material; and\n(2) appear directly above the buyer's signature.\n(b) A retail buyer's acknowledgment, conforming to this section, of delivery of a copy of the agreement is, in an action or proceeding, presumptive proof that:\n(1) the copy was delivered to the buyer; and\n(2) the agreement did not contain a blank space when it was signed by the buyer.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
