Finance Code § 345.213","heading":"INCLUSION OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS.","body":"A retail seller may include any type of insurance premium in the billing of its accounts if:\n(1) a charge, other than the premium, is not made to the retail buyer in connection with that inclusion; and\n(2) a charge is not made and a premium is not charged under a retail credit agreement when there is no monthly balance or the monthly balances are paid in full.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
