Finance Code § 348.112","heading":"BUYER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DELIVERY OF CONTRACT COPY.","body":"(a) Any retail buyer's acknowledgment of delivery of a copy of the retail installment contract must:\n(1) be in at least 10-point type that is bold-faced, capitalized, or underlined or otherwise conspicuously set out from the surrounding written material; and\n(2) appear directly above the buyer's signature.\n(b) Any retail buyer's acknowledgment conforming to this section of delivery of a copy of the retail installment contract is, in an action or proceeding by or against a holder of the contract who was without knowledge to the contrary when the holder purchased it, conclusive proof:\n(1) that the copy was delivered to the buyer;\n(2) that the contract did not contain a blank space that was required to have been completed under this chapter when the contract was signed by the buyer; and\n(3) of compliance with Sections 348.009, 348.101, 348.102, 348.123, 348.205, 348.405, 348.406, and 348.408.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
