Finance Code § 348.513","heading":"ADOPTION OF RULES.","body":"(a) The finance commission may adopt rules to:\n(1) enforce this chapter; or\n(2) modify the standard form as required by Section 348.0091 to:\n(A) conform to the provisions of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.) or a regulation issued under authority of that Act;\n(B) address any official commentary or other interpretation by a federal agency relating to the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.) or a regulation issued under authority of that Act; or\n(C) address a judicial interpretation by a state or federal court relating to the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.) or a regulation issued under authority of that Act.\n(b) The commissioner shall recommend proposed rules to the finance commission.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 18, eff.
