Finance Code § 35.013","heading":"COLLECTION OF FEES.","body":"The department may sue to enforce the collection of a fee owed to the department under a law administered by the department. In the suit a certificate by the banking commissioner showing the delinquency is prima facie evidence of:\n(1) the levy of the fee or the delinquency of the stated fee amount; and\n(2) compliance by the department with the law relating to the computation and levy of the fee.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
