Finance Code § 351.151","heading":"NAME AND PLACE ON LICENSE.","body":"(a) A license must state:\n(1) the name of the license holder; and\n(2) the address of the office from which the business is to be conducted.\n(b) A license holder may not conduct business under this chapter under a name or at a place of business in this state other than the name or office stated on the license.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1220 (H.B. 2138), Sec. 1, eff.
