If the proceedings appear to have been properly conducted and the bond to be given by the liquidating agent or committee is adequate for its purposes, the banking commissioner shall consent to dissolution and direct the bank to publish notice of its pending dissolution.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
