Finance Code § 371.178","heading":"ACCEPTANCE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.","body":"(a) A pawnbroker may not accept the pledge of building construction materials unless a record is established that contains the information required by Section 371.177.\n(b) In this section, \"building construction materials\" includes:\n(1) copper pipe, tubing, or wiring;\n(2) aluminum wire;\n(3) plumbing supplies;\n(4) electrical supplies;\n(5) window glass;\n(6) lumber; and\n(7) other similar materials.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
