Finance Code § 371.179","heading":"DISPLAYS OF CERTAIN WEAPONS PROHIBITED.","body":"A pawnbroker may not display for sale in a storefront window or sidewalk display case or depict on a sign or advertisement in such a way that the item, sign, or advertisement may be viewed from a street:\n(1) a pistol;\n(2) a dirk;\n(3) a dagger;\n(4) a blackjack;\n(5) a hand chain;\n(6) a sword cane;\n(7) knuckles made of metal or any other hard substance; or\n(8) a switchblade, springblade, or throwblade knife.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
