Finance Code § 371.183","heading":"CONSUMER INFORMATION.","body":"The Finance Commission of Texas by rule may require a pawnshop to display, in an area in the pawnshop accessible to a consumer, materials provided by the commissioner that are designed to:\n(1) inform a consumer of the duties, rights, and responsibilities of parties to a transaction regulated by the commissioner; and\n(2) inform and assist a robbery, burglary, or theft victim.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
