Finance Code § 371.256","heading":"HEARING.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall send written notice of a pawnshop employee license revocation or suspension hearing to:\n(1) the license holder; and\n(2) the employing pawnbroker.\n(b) The commissioner shall hold the hearing not earlier than the 21st day after the date the notice was sent.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
