Finance Code § 371.257","heading":"SURRENDER OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The holder of a pawnshop license or a pawnshop employee license may surrender the license by complying with the commissioner's written instructions relating to license surrender.\n(b) Surrender does not affect a license holder's civil or criminal liability for an act committed before the surrender.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
