Finance Code § 371.301","heading":"COMMISSIONER'S ENFORCEMENT POWERS.","body":"For purposes of enforcing this chapter, the commissioner:\n(1) has the powers granted to the commissioner under Chapter 14;\n(2) may exercise those powers in the same manner as those powers may be exercised under:\n(A) Chapters 14, 392, and 394;\n(B) Subtitle B, Title 4; and\n(C) Chapters 51, 302, 601, and 621, Business \u0026 Commerce Code; and\n(3) has any authority granted the commissioner by other law.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
