Finance Code § 371.305","heading":"WILFUL VIOLATION OF CHAPTER; OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person holds a license under this chapter and:\n(1) wilfully violates this chapter; or\n(2) wilfully makes a false entry in a record specifically required by this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
