Finance Code § 62.011","heading":"CHANGE OF OFFICE OR NAME.","body":"(a) Only with the prior approval of the commissioner may an association:\n(1) establish an office other than the principal office stated in the association's articles of incorporation;\n(2) move an office from its immediate vicinity; or\n(3) change the association's name.\n(b) On request, the commissioner shall give a person who may be affected by an act described by Subsection (a) an opportunity to be heard.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
