Finance Code § 62.206","heading":"FILING OF CHARTER OR CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) The converted association shall file with the commissioner:\n(1) a copy of the charter issued to the federal association by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; or\n(2) a certificate showing the organization of the association as a federal association, certified by the secretary or assistant secretary of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.\n(b) Failure to file a required instrument with the commissioner does not affect the validity of the conversion.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
