Finance Code § 62.303","heading":"REVIEW BY COMMISSIONER; APPROVAL.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall approve the application if the commissioner determines that the association is in good standing.\n(b) For purposes of Subsection (a), an association is in good standing if the association has paid all fees, assessments, and money due and payable to the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
