Finance Code § 62.554","heading":"APPLICATION FILING FEE.","body":"(a) The finance commission by rule shall adopt a schedule of fees for filing applications and holding hearings. The schedule may be graduated so that an application or hearing that is more difficult to review or administer requires a larger fee.\n(b) An application fee is not refundable if the application is denied. The commissioner may refund a portion of the fee if the application is withdrawn before the commissioner completes reviewing the application.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
